Point Breeze is a 45-unit condominium community on the shores of picturesque Lake Wentworth. We are the premier community in the Lakes Region for those who enjoy outdoor activities and the tranquility of a natural environment. 

 

Founded in 1889 as a family resort by the Stevens family, Point Breeze was known for its family gatherings, sense of serenity, and abundant lakefront activities. That legacy continues today as the Point Breeze Condominium Association. 

 

Point Breeze residents enjoy a variety of amenities and services. We share over 45 acres of land that includes 1200 feet of beach waterfront, a boathouse, tennis courts, boat docks, storage for kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards, as well as beautiful open space and trails. Year round services are provided by capable full time on-site staff. 

 

Point Breeze's greatest asset is its mix of full time and seasonal residents who make the community a wonderful place to live.  The community is self-managed and governed by a 5-member board of directors comprised of residents elected by the unit owners. Residents may choose to be involved in various volunteer opportunities by working on the Board, committees, and organizing social events.
