2024-2025 COMMITTEES

The following are the 2024-2025 Committee assignments for Point Breeze. If you would like to serve on a committee, please let the Board President or Board Committee Liaison know of your interest. Thanks to everyone for volunteering your time!

PROPERTY COMMITTEE

Architectural Review Subcommittee (ARC)

The ARC advises the Board to ensure the coordinated and aesthetically pleasing appearance and structural integrity of the homes at Point Breeze. The Subcommittee and the Facility Manager annually inspect the exterior of all units, common area facilities and Association amenities. The ARC recommends needed corrective actions, repairs, modifications, and improvements to the Board. The ARC also reviews and recommends to the Board actions related to unit owner requests for unit interior modifications.

Waterfront and Water Quality Subcommittee

The Waterfront and Water Quality Committee provides oversight and recommendations related to waterfront management, water quality issues, sustainability and environmental practices. The committee acts as the Point Breeze liaison to the Wentworth Watershed Association (WWA) and other regional water quality groups.

Grounds Subcommittee

The Grounds Committee makes recommendations to the Board regarding grounds maintenance in general and specifically regarding new or replacement plantings in the common areas. The Committee reviews unit owner requests for plantings within the Limited Common Area for appropriateness, taking into consideration type of plantings, area to be planted, maintenance considerations, and neighbors’ concerns.

Activities and Welcoming Committee

The Activities and Welcoming Committee helps foster a cohesive community by organizing fun and interesting events so unit owners can meet and socialize. The Committee maintains a current welcome kit for new homeowners to Point Breeze.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee leads marketing and communication activities at Point Breeze. The Committee seeks to enhance community awareness and provide timely news and information through the website, a calendar of events, and periodic e-blasts to unit owners. The Committee promotes information sharing and communication about notable activities and also supports external awareness and promotion of Point Breeze in the Wolfeboro community.

Nominating Committee

The nominating committee solicits qualified candidates to fill the Board of Directors, and makes recommendations to the Board.
