Point Breeze is self-managed and has a five member Board of Directors. The Board is elected by unit owners for staggered three year terms.
The Board convenes an Annual Meeting for the general membership every August. At the annual meeting directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. Committee members are also appointed at the Annual meeting. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly audited financial statement are mailed to all members in advance of the Annual Meeting.
The Board meets quarterly to conduct routine Association business. Dates for these meetings are:

2018-2019 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Allison Hart, President
Allison joined the Board of Directors in 2015, the year that she and her husband Wilson purchased a unit at Point Breeze. Allison chaired the Point Breeze Strategic Planning Task Force to develop a five year plan for PBCA, chaired the Rules Task Force to update the Association rules, and led the Communication Committee development of the Point Breeze website. Allison is the retired City Manager of Irvine, California and is currently Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of The Energy Coalition, a California nonprofit sustainable energy organization. Allison holds a Ph.D from USC in Public Administration. She and Wilson have four children, four grandchildren, and the best dog ever, all of whom love spending time at Lake Wentworth!
Larry Keeley, Director
Larry joined the Board of Directors in 2016. Prior to joining the Board, he served as a member of the Point Breeze Strategic Planning Committee which was established by the Board to begin building an initial five-year plan to guide the association into the future. Larry is a senior equity partner with Wano – Carvalho & Associates and a member of the managing consulting firm’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, Larry was the President of Matthews Packaging Graphics, a global packaging and brand management firm. Larry and his wife, Jamie, have two children who also occasionally enjoy Point Breeze and everything the community has to offer.
John VanLonkhuyzen, Director
John and his wife Nancy have been involved with Point Breeze since 1995. John has been on the Board over five years, having served four years as its President. During his tenure, John led the Association's efforts to streamline and update its processes and policies, developed a strategic plan, and completed a reserve study. He oversaw the continued improvements to grounds and facilities maintenance, and restoration of the boathouse. John is a retired human resources executive. He and Nancy are avid hikers, snowshoers and skiers. They love living at Point Breeze because of its access to the most fabulous recreational opportunities in the country and its proximity to the many cultural activities offered in the region.
Paul Brown, Director
Paul and his wife Mindy have owned their unit at Point Breeze since October of 2013. Paul is currently serving his second term as a member of the Board of Directors. After a 28-year career as an attorney and government affairs professional in the insurance industry, Paul now serves as the Director of Industry Affairs - Government Affairs, for the A.M. Best Company, in Washington, DC. Paul and Mindy have two sons, one who is an accountant, practicing in Washington, DC, and the other who is studying accounting at the University of New Hampshire Paul College of Business & Economics.
Lou Scampoli, Treasurer
Lou Scampoli was appointed Treasurer and elected to the Board in 2014. He has been a Point Breeze owner since 1986 and has served on the Waterfront Committee, the Nominating Committee, the Finance and Budget Committee, and as Board secretary. Lou was also involved with the first reserve fund study. He was one of the founders of Datamatix, Inc. in 1982 and served as its CEO from 2001 until he retired in 2011. He attended MIT and graduated from Northeastern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Lou's three children and five grandchildren all enjoy Point Breeze.
Peg Mongiello, Clerk
Peg and her husband John have lived at Point Breeze since the summer of 2015. Peg was a teacher, and then a middle school principal for 20 years. Peg loves to get involved and is a tireless volunteer for many organizations in Wolfeboro. Peg volunteered to be the Board Clerk for Point Breeze in 2016. She is an active leader on the Welcoming/Activities Committee, organizing the Welcome Back, Happy 4th on the 5th, and So Long Summer events. Peg and John spend their winters golfing in Naples, Florida. Their children and grandchildren love Point Breeze and come every summer.
