The Board convenes an Annual Meeting for the general membership every August. At the annual meeting directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly audited financial statement are sent to all members in advance of the Annual Meeting.

The Board meets quarterly to conduct routine Association business.  The agenda, meeting location and call-in information for those who cannot attend in person are posted on the website calendar 10 days prior to the meeting. The 2022-2023 meeting dates are: November 5, 2022; February 4, 2023; and May 6, 2023 May 13, 2023.
