Board
BOARD
Point Breeze is self-managed and has a five member Board of Directors. The Board is elected by unit owners for staggered three year terms.
The Board convenes an Annual Meeting for the general membership every August. At the annual meeting directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year’s meeting minutes and a copy of the year-to-date budget statement are sent to all members in advance of the Annual Meeting.
The Board meets quarterly to conduct routine Association business. The agenda, meeting location and call-in information are posted on the website calendar 5 days prior to the meeting. The 2025-2026 meeting dates are: November 8, 2025; and February 7, May 2 & August 8, 2026. (Note date changes.)
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 (not November 1, as previously announced). Please refer to the website Calendar for meeting details.
2025-2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Paul Brown, President
Paul and his wife Mindy have owned their unit at Point Breeze since October of 2013. Paul is currently serving his second term as a member of the Board of Directors, and as President of the Association. Paul has enjoyed a 33-year career as an attorney and government affairs professional in the insurance industry, and now serves as the Director of Government Affairs for the A.M. Best Company. Paul and Mindy have two sons, both of whom are accountants, currently practicing in Washington, DC, and Boston, MA.
Lou Scampoli, Treasurer
Lou Scampoli was appointed Treasurer and elected to the Board in 2014. He has been a Point Breeze owner since 1986 and has served on the Waterfront Committee, the Nominating Committee, the Finance and Budget Committee, and as Board secretary. Lou was also involved with the first reserve fund study. He was one of the founders of Datamatix, Inc. in 1982 and served as its CEO from 2001 until he retired in 2011. He attended MIT and graduated from Northeastern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Lou's three children and five grandchildren all enjoy Point Breeze.
Kevin Baker, Director
Kevin Baker has been part of the Point Breeze community since his parents purchased Unit 29 in 2003. After relocating from California to New Hampshire in 2017, Point Breeze became a meaningful monthly tradition for Kevin, his wife Robin, and their daughter Penny — you can often spot the Bakers walking with Grandad, skiing in winter, or enjoying the beach and boating in warmer months. Kevin is a senior manager at Analog Devices, where he leads international software teams and brings experience in collaboration, long-term planning, and practical problem solving. He cares deeply about Point Breeze and hopes to help preserve and enhance it for all owners and families.
Rich Gold, Director
Rich Gold has been coming to Wolfeboro since he was 2 or so to visit his brothers and eventually attend Pierce Camp Birchmont. In the late 1900’s he took a wrong turn down Pleasant Valley Road and turned around in Point Breeze and that was that. Rich, his wife Maria, and daughters Chelsea and Sofia have spent their summers at Point Breeze since the early 2000’s. Back in the day-to-day world, Rich is a lawyer at Holland & Knight in Washington, DC and Maria is an artist.
Keith Odland, Director
Keith Odland and his wife Heather have been part of the Point Breeze community for more than 20 years, transitioning from family residents to owners in 2024. As an engineer with over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Keith brings a practical problem-solving approach and the flexibility of remote work, allowing him to spend maximum time at Lake Wentworth. When he's not on the water, you'll find him biking the trails, capturing local scenes with his camera, or tinkering with off-grid solar and electric boat projects. Keith's deep love for this community and his hands-on technical expertise make him eager to contribute to making Point Breeze an even better place for all residents.
