Point Breeze is self-managed and has a five member Board of Directors. The Board is elected by unit owners for staggered three year terms.
The Board convenes an Annual Meeting for the general membership every August. At the annual meeting directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. Committee members are also appointed at the Annual meeting. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly audited financial statement are mailed to all members in advance of the Annual Meeting.
The Board meets quarterly to conduct routine Association business.
The agenda, meeting location and call-in information for those who cannot attend in person are posted on the calendar 10 days prior to the meeting.

Paul Brown, President
Paul and his wife Mindy have owned their unit at Point Breeze since October of 2013. Paul is currently serving his second term as a member of the Board of Directors. After a 28-year career as an attorney and government affairs professional in the insurance industry, Paul now serves as the Director of Industry Affairs - Government Affairs, for the A.M. Best Company, in Washington, DC. Paul and Mindy have two sons, one who is an accountant, practicing in Washington, DC, and the other who is studying accounting at the University of New Hampshire Paul College of Business & Economics.
Rich Gold, Director
Rich Gold has been coming to Wolfeboro since he was 2 or so to visit his brothers and eventually attend Pierce Camp Birchmont. In the late 1900’s he took a wrong turn down Pleasant Valley Road and turned around in Point Breeze and that was that. Rich, his wife Maria, and daughters Chelsea and Sofia have spent their summers at Point Breeze since the early 2000’s. Back in the day-to-day world, Rich is a lawyer at Holland & Knight in Washington, DC and Maria is an artist.
Larry Keeley, Director
Larry joined the Board of Directors in 2016. Prior to joining the Board, he served as a member of the Point Breeze Strategic Planning Committee which was established by the Board to begin building an initial five-year plan to guide the association into the future. Larry is a senior equity partner with Wano – Carvalho & Associates and a member of the managing consulting firm’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, Larry was the President of Matthews Packaging Graphics, a global packaging and brand management firm. Larry and his wife, Jamie, have two children who also occasionally enjoy Point Breeze and everything the community has to offer.
Sandra Wing, Director
Sandy became a resident of Point Breeze in 2013, along with her partner, Lauren Shealy, and “man’s best friend”, Trekker. Sandy is a local veterinarian and Lauren is a retired teacher from Brewster Academy. Originally from the Westchester area of New York, Sandy attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation. She then took a 3 year hiatus as a “ski bum” in Vail, Colorado where she was a member of the “Bowl Patrol” by day and a “professional server” by night. Finally, life took a more serious turn and acceptance to Colorado State University in Fort Collins led to a Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree (DVM). Since becoming a veterinarian in 1982, Sandy initially practiced small animal veterinary medicine in Durham, New Hampshire and Williston, Vermont. In 1986 she made the decision to move to Wolfeboro and established the Winter Harbor Veterinary Hospital on North Main Street, which has provided small animal medical and surgical services for most of the Town’s resident canine and feline population ever since. The Practice was sold in 2018 to a long time associate and continues to thrive. Dr Wing still practices there 2 days a week and enjoys maintaining a rapport with all her clients of over 30 years. Now semi-retired, she is enjoying “the Good Life” on Lake Wentworth at Point Breeze.
Lou Scampoli, Treasurer
Lou Scampoli was appointed Treasurer and elected to the Board in 2014. He has been a Point Breeze owner since 1986 and has served on the Waterfront Committee, the Nominating Committee, the Finance and Budget Committee, and as Board secretary. Lou was also involved with the first reserve fund study. He was one of the founders of Datamatix, Inc. in 1982 and served as its CEO from 2001 until he retired in 2011. He attended MIT and graduated from Northeastern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Lou's three children and five grandchildren all enjoy Point Breeze.
Peg Mongiello, Clerk
Peg and her husband John have lived at Point Breeze since the summer of 2015. Peg was a teacher, and then a middle school principal for 20 years. Peg loves to get involved and is a tireless volunteer for many organizations in Wolfeboro. Peg volunteered to be the Board Clerk for Point Breeze in 2016. She is an active leader on the Welcoming/Activities Committee, organizing the Welcome Back, Happy 4th on the 5th, and So Long Summer events. Peg and John spend their winters golfing in Naples, Florida. Their children and grandchildren love Point Breeze and come every summer.
