Association Staff
Year round services at Point Breeze are provided by experienced, full time, on-site staff. Point Breeze employs a full-time Facility Manager, a Senior Maintenance Technician, and a Maintenance Technician. The staff ensure that the ongoing responsibilities of the Association are met in a timely fashion within the Association's budget.

Bob assumed the role of Point Breeze Facility Manager on January 1, 2026, taking over the helm from Donnie McLean, who retired after 24 years at Point Breeze. Bob has settled in nicely in his new role and the property has not missed beat. Bob's responsibilities include managing the staff, directing all maintenance activities, managing contracts, handling administrative responsibilities, and supporting the Board of Directors.
