Year round services at Point Breeze are provided by experienced, full time, on-site staff. Point Breeze employs a full-time Facility Manager, a Senior Maintenance Technician, and a Maintenance Technician. The staff ensure that the ongoing responsibilities of the Association are met in a timely fashion within the Association's budget.
Donnie McLean, Facility Manager
Donnie has been with Point Breeze for more than 17 years. His invaluable experience, expertise, and knowledge of our Association contributes significantly to our high quality of life. Donnie's responsibilities include managing staff, directing all maintenance activities, managing contracts, handling administrative responsibilities, and supporting the Board of Directors.
Pete Zalankas, Senior Maintenance Technician
Pete joined Point Breeze in 2015 and has become a familiar and friendly face at Point Breeze. Pete helps coordinate all aspects of grounds, equipment and facilities maintenance.
Jim Copithorne, Maintenance Technician
Jim is the newest member of the Point Breeze staff, having joined us at the start of 2021. He serves as Pete's right hand man around the grounds of Point Breeze.
