Association Staff
Year round services at Point Breeze are provided by experienced, full time, on-site staff.  Point Breeze employs a full-time Facility Manager, a Senior Maintenance Technician, and a Maintenance Technician.  The staff ensure that the ongoing responsibilities of the Association are met in a timely fashion within the Association's budget. 
Donnie McLean, Facility Manager
Donnie has been with Point Breeze for more than 17 years. His invaluable experience, expertise, and knowledge of our Association contributes significantly to our high quality of life. Donnie's responsibilities include managing staff, directing all maintenance activities, managing contracts, handling administrative responsibilities, and supporting the Board of Directors. 
Jim Copithorne, Senior Maintenance Technician 
Jim joined the Point Breeze staff at the beginning of 2021 and is now responsible for all maintenance matters around the Point Breeze property.
Ryan Shannon, Maintenance Technician
Ryan joined PB staff during the second quarter of 2023 and has proven himself to be a great addition to the team.
