Association Staff
Year round services at Point Breeze are provided by experienced, full time, on-site staff.  Point Breeze employs a full-time Facility Manager, a Senior Maintenance Technician, and a Maintenance Technician.  The staff ensure that the ongoing responsibilities of the Association are met in a timely fashion within the Association's budget. 
Donnie McLean, Facility Manager
Donnie has been with Point Breeze for more than 17 years. His invaluable experience, expertise, and knowledge of our Association contributes significantly to our high quality of life. Donnie's responsibilities include managing staff, directing all maintenance activities, managing contracts, handling administrative responsibilities, and supporting the Board of Directors.

Pete Zalankas, Maintenance Technician 
Pete joined Point Breeze in 2015 and has become a familiar and friendly face at Point Breeze.  He reports to Jim and supports all aspects of grounds, equipment and facilities maintenance.
