The residents of Point Breeze enjoy a variety of amenities and services. Forty-five units share over 45 acres of land. Amenities include 1200 feet of beach waterfront, a boathouse, two tennis courts, boat slips for every unit, storage for kayaks, canoes and paddle boards as well as abundant open spaces and trails.

Year round services are provided by capable, full-time, on-site staff. In addition to keeping Point Breeze visually appealing and safe, Point Breeze staff respond to individual unit owners requests for service, maintain common areas, buildings and shared amenities, provide general administrative services, oversee contracts, manage the waterfront, and provide other services requested by the Board of Directors.
